January had the most shifts for me in one month so far this year. I left the ocean after 10 months (minus two weeks) on ships. I went from warm tropics to midwest snow, moved into a house with two roommates, sold or gave away most of my belongings, bought a great car, and realized how much I want and need to be around good family.
